Terms and Conditions
Payment: Payments are made in advance of all booked sessions. If you are experiencing difficulties in making payments, please let us know and we may be able to help. Sessions cannot be booked until payment is received.
Cancellations and absences: We reserve the right to charge for cancellations and non-attendance as follows:
Under 48 hours notice of cancellation will incur the standard therapy session fee.
On rare occasions we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for reasons outside of our control. Should this occur, we will endeavour to inform you and reschedule as soon as is possible.
Confidentiality
Maintaining your confidentiality is our priority. Any information about you or our work together will be kept strictly confidential.
Exceptions to this include:
Imminent risk of death or serious harm either to yourself or someone else.
Where information is required by law.
Onward referrals to other health professionals with your expressed prior permission.
Supervision. No names or identifiable information will be shared.
